A Silesian foundation, a European network

Klaster Innowacji Spolecznych is a Silesian foundation and network, an ESC host organisation holding the Quality Label since 2019 and an Erasmus+ youth accreditation for 2023 to 2027.

What we do

We run education, ecology, digital and inclusion projects in Poland and Europe. We work with youth, people with fewer opportunities, refugees, seniors and local communities.

The team

Petros Tovmasyan
Foundation president and project supervisor

Lawyer and political scientist with over 8 years of experience leading social projects.

Karolina Jedziniak
Project coordinator and first point of contact for volunteers

Supports volunteers with tasks, team matters and personal questions, from the first call to the end of the project.

Valeriia Bekh
Volunteer and participant support

Bilingual, helps newcomers settle into Gliwice and into the team.

We work with about 30 organisations across Europe, for example Petrklic help (Czechia, digital) and Youth for Equality (Slovakia, ecology), and many others.
