Support

You are never left on your own

A mentor, a coordinator and an individual path are not slogans on a wall. Here is how we actually work with you.

  1. 1

    Your mentor

Every volunteer gets a mentor, plus a backup mentor, so support is always available.

  2. 2

    Project coordinator, Karolina Jedziniak

Your first point of contact for questions about tasks, team matters or personal issues that affect your work. The coordinator analyses your potential, adapts tasks to you, builds your individual development path and runs regular evaluations.

  3. 3

    On-site support, Valeriia Bekh

A bilingual support person who helps newcomers settle into Gliwice, into the team and into daily life.

  4. 4

    Individual development path

Agreed before you start. Your tasks, expectations and goals are set together and written down.

  5. 5

    Digital support

A learning journal to plan tasks, set goals and log reflections, with key contacts (coordinator, mentor, medical help) always at hand.

  6. 6

    Safety

Emergency and medical contacts are always available to you.

Contact

Urgent things go to the volunteer coordinator, erasmus@klaster.org.pl. You receive your mentor and medical contacts during onboarding and keep them at hand throughout.
